Mix yoghurt cream, lemon juice, mineral water and oil. Wash the herbs and chop finely, except for a little bit. Peel and crush garlic
Add the garlic and herbs, except for 1 tbsp, to the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper
Clean the mushrooms and halve them according to size. Mix with the sauce, cover and let everything simmer for about 5 minutes
Clean and wash the radishes and, except for 4 pieces, cut them into fine sticks. Clean, wash and drain the salad. Line 4 plates with it. Arrange mushrooms and radish sticks on them. Garnish with remaining radishes, herbs and lemon wedges. Delicious with baguette
