Ingredients: Wash the potatoes and cook in boiling water for about 25 minutes. In the meantime cut the maties into pieces. Wash the apple, quarter it and cut out the core. Cut apple and cucumber into small cubes.
Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Mix everything together and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix sour cream and milk. Pour over the matie salad and mix well. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
Quench the potatoes cold, break them open, arrange them on a plate and fill with matie salad. Serve garnished with dill, a lettuce leaf and lemon wedges.
