Soak rolls in water. Wash, seed and dice the tomato. Crumble cheese. Mix both.
Peel and chop onion. Peel garlic, chop finely. Knead minced meat, egg, pressed bread roll, onion, half garlic, salt and pepper. Form 16-20 balls, fill each with some cheese-tomato mix.
Fry the balls in hot oil all around for 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile wash and coarsely grate the cucumber. Wash and chop the mint. Mix yoghurt, cucumber, mint, rest of garlic, salt and pepper. Serve with meatballs. Flat bread tastes good with it.
