Noodles with fillet of beef and gorgonzola sauce

Ingredients

  • 250 g yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 150 g Rocket
  • 600 g Fillet of beef
  • 200 g Noodles (e.g. Farfalle)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/4 l dry white wine
  • 125 g Whipped cream
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 200 g Gorgonzola cheese

Directions

    Wash the tomatoes. Select the rocket, wash and drain well. Dab meat dry with kitchen paper and cut into strips. Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 9 minutes. Heat oil in a pan. Brown the fillet strips in it, season with salt and pepper.

    Remove the meat and keep warm. Peel garlic and onion and chop finely. Sauté in frying fat. Deglaze with wine and bring to the boil. Add cream and milk. Dice half of the cheese, add and let it melt while stirring. Season sauce with salt and pepper. Heat fillet strips briefly in it. Crumble the remaining cheese. Drain noodles. Mix cheese sauce and fillet strips with the noodles.
