Noodles with raw tomato sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 800 g Tomatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 100 g green olives without stone
  • 1/4 Pot of oregano
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 60 g Capers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated parmesan

Directions

    Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Peel and finely dice onions and garlic. Drain olives and cut into rings. Wash oregano and parsley, shake dry and chop finely.

    Mix tomatoes, onions, garlic, olives, herbs and capers. Season with salt and pepper. Pour oil over it and let it soak for 24 hours.

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Mix the spaghetti with the uncooked tomato sauce. Arrange in a bowl and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
