Noodles with shrimps

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 50 g spaghetti, salt, pepper
  • 150 g zucchini, 2 tomatoes
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Olive oil
  • 1 knife tip Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 50 g Deep-sea crab fish
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil in strips

Directions

    Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water for about 10 minutes. Clean, wash and chop the vegetables. Peel and chop garlic

    Fry the garlic and vegetables in hot oil. Deglaze with 6 tablespoons of water, add broth and cook for about 5 minutes. Wash the prawns, heat and season them. Drain the noodles and mix with basil. Serve everything
