Onions peel and chop finely. Peel garlic and chop finely. Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut them into large pieces. Chop almonds coarsely. Put the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water and cook for about 13 minutes. In the meantime heat up the oil in a large pan. Sauté onions and garlic in it.
Add the tomatoes, fry while turning and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Deglaze with tomato juice, bring to the boil and simmer at medium heat for about 8 minutes. Meanwhile clean, wash and drain the rocket. Season sauce with salt, pepper, paprika and sugar. Fold in the rocket. Pour the pasta into a sieve and drain. Serve pasta with sauce and almonds sprinkled on 4 plates
