Wash the potatoes and onions and wrap them individually in aluminium foil. Grill on the hot grill while turning for one hour. Dice bacon finely and fry until crispy. Clean, wash and finely chop the spring onions.
Mix both with cream cheese and cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix oil and lemon juice. Wash the thyme, dab dry, pluck the leaves from the stalks and stir in. Season marinade with salt and pepper.
Open the aluminium foil and cut open the potatoes and onions. Serve potatoes with cream cheese sauce and onions with thyme marinade.
