Bring 3-4 l salted water (1 teaspoon salt per litre) to the boil. Peel garlic and chop finely. Clean the chilli, cut lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and cut into fine rings. Clean broccoli, divide into small florets and wash.
Sort the arugula, wash and drain well.
Blanch the broccoli in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes. Add rocket salad and continue cooking for about 2 minutes. Lift out everything with a skimmer and let it drip off.
Cook the orecchiette pasta in the cooking water according to the instructions on the packet. Drain, quench briefly and allow to drain.
Heat the oil in a pot. Sauté garlic and chilli in it. Fry vegetables and noodles for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange everything. Rub Parmesan cheese over it.
