Peel and chop the onions and garlic. Drain dried tomatoes and cut into strips. Wash and clean the cherry tomatoes and beef tomatoes. Dice the beef tomatoes.
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the prepared ingredients for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and deglaze with vinegar. Bring to the boil and simmer for another 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Drain the noodles and let them drain briefly. Put the noodles and sauce into the pot, mix and serve. Parmesan cheese tastes good with it.
