Put the beans in a sieve, rinse and drain. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash and slice the zucchini. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, fry the zucchini slices in it over high heat and remove.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Add the minced meat and fry vigorously for about 5 minutes. Prepare pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Add the cinnamon stick to the mince and season with salt, pepper and a little cumin.
Stir in raisins and tomato paste. Add stock, beans and tomato pieces and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season sauce again with salt, pepper and possibly some ground cinnamon. Wash the parsley, dab dry and cut the leaves into strips.
Chop the pistachios. Add parsley, zucchini slices and pistachios to the sauce and bring to the boil. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce.
