Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Cut ham into strips. Drain noodles, rinse and drain. Whisk eggs and milk.
Season with salt and pepper. Put the pasta, peppers, ham and frozen peas in an ovenproof dish and mix. Pour egg milk over it. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 30 minutes.
Garnish with basil.
