Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, clean and wash the broccoli and cut it into florets. Cook in boiling salted water for 7-8 minutes until al dente. Clean, wash and halve the mushrooms.
Drain the pasta, rinse and drain. Peel and chop the onion. Cut the ham into cubes. Drain broccoli and let it drain. Whisk egg with milk, season with salt, pepper, paprika and nutmeg.
Heat oil in a coated pan, fry mushrooms and ham in it, add onion. Season with salt and pepper. Put broccoli and noodles into the pan, pour egg mixture over it, cover and let it simmer at low heat.
Garnish with oregano.
