Cook the pasta in 3-4 l boiling salted water (1 teaspoon salt per litre) according to the instructions on the packet. Cut bacon into small cubes. Grate cheese. Mix 2 tbsp. cheese, egg yolk and cream. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves, chop.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bacon. Stir in parsley. Drain the noodles, put them back into the pot and mix with the bacon. Quickly fold in the egg mixture. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
The rest of the cheese can be served with it.
