Cook the noodles in 3-4 l boiling salted water (approx. 1 teaspoon salt per litre). Clean and quarter the mushrooms. Peel and chop onion. Wash and chop the tomatoes.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry the mushrooms in it. Season with salt and pepper and remove. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the frying fat, fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Fry onion and tomatoes briefly. Season with salt and pepper.
Add cream, 100 ml pasta water and mushrooms, simmer for about 3 minutes. Wash and chop the basil. Drain noodles. Mix with sauce and basil.
