Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Pasta (e.g. penne lisce)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 (300 g) small zucchini
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 8 slices (approx. 150 g; alternatively thinly sliced cottage ham) Parma ham

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente. In the meantime, clean, wash and slice the zucchini. Wash chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Mix vinegar, salt and pepper and add oil. Quench the pasta cold and let it drain. Mix pasta and zucchini with vinaigrette. Arrange on a plate with the ham
