Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 12 minutes. Quench cold, drain and allow to cool. Peel onion, cut into rings and halve. Clean, wash and cut the bell peppers into pieces. Clean the rocket, wash and pat dry. Mix noodles, onion, bell pepper, rocket and olives.
Peel garlic and chop finely. Mix vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Whip the oil into it. Mix salad and vinaigrette and let it soak through a little. Arrange on a plate and serve sprinkled with pepper
