Pasta with lemon sauce and chicken

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g short noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sugar
  • 300 g Chicken filet
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Organic lemons
  • 2 stem(s) Mint
  • 1 Onion
  • 250 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash the meat, dab dry and fry in hot oil for 10-12 minutes, turning. Wash the tomatoes. Wash 1 lemon hot, cut into slices.

    Wash mint, pluck leaves.

    Season the fillets with salt and pepper and take them out. Peel and chop the onion and fry it with lemon slices in hot frying fat. Squeeze 1 lemon. Stir in the juice and cream, boil down briefly. Season to taste.

    Cut the meat open, heat it briefly in the sauce with tomatoes and mint. Drain noodles, mix everything.
