Stir the quark, mascarpone and lime juice until smooth. Strip the currants from the panicles with a fork, wash and drain. Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of sugar and leave to stand for about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile wash the peaches and cut them into slices from the core. Stir the fruit, except for a few peach slices for decoration, into the quark. Season again and serve in dessert glasses.
