Peach and soured milk layer dish

Ingredients

  • 5 Organic limes
  • 250 ml Peach nectar
  • 5-6 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cornstarch
  • 2 Peaches
  • 400 g Soured milk

Directions

    Wash the limes in hot water and rub dry. Peel the zest of one lime in zests. Set aside covered. Finely grate the zest of the remaining limes. Halve the limes and squeeze the juice. Heat peach nectar and lime zest. Stir lime juice, 2 tbsp. sugar and 1 tbsp. starch until smooth, stir into the peach nectar and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Divide into 4 glasses or dessert bowls, allow to cool and set in the fridge for about 30 minutes

    Wash the peaches, dab dry, cut in half and remove the stone. Cut the peaches into slices. Caramelise the sugar in a pan, turn the peach slices in it, let them cool down. Stir the soured milk until smooth and spread on the peach cream, add the peaches. Decorate with lime zests
