Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 11 minutes. In the meantime clean, wash, quarter, seed and finely dice the tomatoes. Bring 1/4 l water and milk to the boil, stir in sauce powder, bring to the boil again while stirring. Add cheese and mascarpone, stir in, season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and distribute on plates. Pour sauce over the noodles and serve sprinkled with ham, diced tomatoes and pepper. Garnish with basil as desired
