Ingredients

  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 150 g clotted cream
  • 1 TABLESPOON medium hot mustard
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Apricot Jam
  • 2 TEASPOONS pickled green pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Mix crème fraîche, sour cream, mustard and apricot jam. Finely chop 1 teaspoon of pepper. Stir in together with the remaining peppercorns. Season sparingly with salt.
