Ingredients

  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 50 g Pesto (from the glass)
  • 3 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 100 g Rocket salad
  • 1 package (18 cm Ø) Wheat tortillas (8 pieces; 340 g)
  • 16 (approx. 400 g) thin slices of cooked ham
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Mix the crème fraîche and pesto. Wash the tomatoes, dab dry, clean and cut into slices. Wash the rocket, dab dry and cut off the stems generously. Place the tortillas next to each other on the work surface.

    Spread with pesto cream. Then place 34 slices of tomato, some rocket and 2 slices of cooked ham on each. Leave an approx. 2 cm wide edge all around. Finely slice Parmesan cheese with a peeler and sprinkle over the ham.

    Roll up the tortillas tightly. Grill in the preheated contact grill (Tefal Multi Snack Grill) at medium heat for approx. 5 minutes one after the other. Arrange everything and garnish with remaining rocket.
