Ingredients

  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 1/2 bunch Dill
  • 50 g dried soft tomatoes
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 500 g Feta
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    1⁄2 Wash and finely chop each bunch of parsley and dill. Finely chop 50 g dried soft tomatoes. Peel and chop 1 clove of garlic. Mix tomatoes, herbs, garlic, pepper and 100 ml olive oil. Sprinkle 500 g feta with the herb-oil mixture and leave to stand for about 30 minutes.
