Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4-6 Garlic cloves
  • 5 red chillies
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • some stem(s) Thyme
  • 500 g firm sheep's cheese
  • 50 g black olives
  • 50 g green olives stuffed with paprika
  • 2 TABLESPOONS colourful peppercorns
  • 1/2 l Olive oil

Directions

    Peel and halve the garlic. Wash chillies and herbs and dab dry. Cut cheese into slices and place in a glass jar with the remaining ingredients. Fill up with olive oil and let it stand for 2-3 days. Delicious with baguette
