Boil up vinegar with sugar. Add spices and boil gently for about 10 minutes. Sort the blackberries, wash them if necessary and add them to the boiled stock. Cover and simmer for about 3 minutes.
Pour blackberries into hot rinsed glasses with twist-off lids. Pour in the brew. Close the glasses, let them cool down and put them in a cool place. Leave to stand for at least 1 week. Tastes great with waffles, crêpes or even in spicy leaf salads or with steaks.
