Boil the eggs for 10 minutes until hard, then rinse and peel them. Drain the capers. Cut sausage into fine strips. Mix salad cream with lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
Wash and drain the lettuce leaves. Cut the eggs into eight pieces. Put the lettuce leaves on the plates. Arrange eggs, sausage and salad dressing on top. Wash the chives, cut into fine rolls and sprinkle over the salad with the capers
