Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (250 g) "Crunch and Bake" pizza dough
  • 1 collar Soup Greens
  • 2 Tbsp-OIL
  • 750 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 can(s) (425 ml each; separation weight: 285 g) Vegetable corn
  • 300 g Tomatoes
  • 250 g Sheep's cheese
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil to drizzle on
  • 1 TEASPOON dried oregano
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh oregano leaves

Directions

    Spread the dough from the package directly onto an ungreased baking tray. Let it rest. Meanwhile clean, wash and finely dice the soup greens. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat and soup vegetables for about 5 minutes, turning them over.

    Season with salt and pepper. Put the corn in a sieve, rinse and drain. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Spread the prepared ingredients on the dough. Crumble feta cheese over it.

    Drizzle with olive oil. Season with dried oregano, salt and cayenne pepper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 25 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh oregano leaves before serving.
