Preheat oven (electric cooker: 225°C/circulating air: 200°C/gas: level 4). Drain pineapple well and chop roughly. Mix cream cheese and Ajvar. Cut turkey slices into strips, grate cheese finely.
Unroll the pizza dough with the baking paper and quarter it with sharp scissors. Place the pizza slices with paper on a baking tray.
Spread 1/4 of the Ajvar cream on each rectangle, leaving a border of about 1 cm all around. Spread pineapple and turkey slices on top. Sprinkle with half of the cheese.
Form each rectangle into a bag, loosening two opposite corners from the baking paper and pressing them lightly together over the filling. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in a hot oven for about 15 minutes.
