Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut into slices and fry in hot oil while turning for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, clean and wash the mushrooms and possibly halve them. Peel onions and garlic and cut into sticks or slices.
Add the mushrooms, onion and garlic to the potatoes approx. 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time and fry. Wash the herbs, dab dry and chop. Sprinkle herbs, salt and pepper over the vegetables. Serve with a dash of crème fraîche on four plates
