Potato wedges with curry sausage

Ingredients

  • 1/2 bunch Thyme
  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 Curry sausages (approx. 120 g each)
  • 4-6 Tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Thyme
  • baking paper

Directions

    Wash the thyme and chop it coarsely. Wash potatoes, dab dry, cut into slices. Distribute on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with 4 tablespoons of oil. Season with salt and pepper.

    Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 30 minutes. In the meantime cut the curry sausages into pieces of approx. 4 cm. After 15 minutes, push the potato wedges onto one side of the baking tray, turn them over, drizzle with 2 tablespoons of oil and season with thyme.

    Spread the curry sausage on the second half of the tray. After 10 minutes, sprinkle with ketchup and season with curry. Serve potatoes and curry sausage in portions, garnished with thyme.
