Prawn scrambled egg

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 7-10 Tbsp some lettuce leaves
  • 400 g Deep-sea crab meat
  • 2 TABLESPOONS mayonnaise
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Tomato ketchup
  • 2 - 3 TABLESPOONS Orange juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 - 2 TABLESPOONS Worcester sauce
  • 2 Onions
  • 8 Eggs
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 2 Tbsp-OIL
  • 4 discs Toast
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Wash and drain the lettuce leaves and crabs. For the sauce stir mayonnaise, ketchup and orange juice until smooth. Season with salt, pepper and Worcester sauce. Peel and finely chop the onion.

    eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan, fry onions and crabs in it. Pour the beaten egg over them and let them fry while constantly pushing them together with a spatula.

    In the meantime toast bread golden brown roast. Cover with salad leaves. Spread the scrambled eggs with some sauce on top. Serve garnished with parsley.
