Shell the shrimp by removing the head and body and leaving the tail.
Thinly chop the parsley. Peel and chop the garlic
Heat an oiled frying pan and put the garlic to fry in it without colouring. Add the prawns, turn them over. Season and spice to taste.
Mix the parsley into the shrimp. Pour them into a serving dish, sprinkle them with lemon juice and prick them with wooden sticks.
