Raclette pans with tortilla chips, jalapenos, raclette cheese

  • 12 discs (approx. 350 g) Raclette cheese
  • 150 g red jalapeños or peppers
  • 150 g Tortilla Chips
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oregano

Directions

    Remove the rind from the cheese and cut into pieces. Drain the jalapeños or peppers and cut into slices. Place chips with jalapeños in the pans. Put cheese on top. Bake under the hot grill of the raclette machine for 3-4 minutes. Garnish with oregano
