Radish-Apple-Carpaccio (separating food protein dish)

  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 30 g Rocket
  • 75 g Radish
  • 1/2 small apple
  • 4 (20 g each; without head, in shell) raw prawns
  • 1 TEASPOON + 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 1 TABLESPOON Cider vinegar
  • 10 g sliced parmesan cheese

    Squeeze the lemon. Clean and wash the rocket and drain well. Peel the radish. Wash the apple and remove the core with an apple corer. Slice apple and radish into thin slices. Sprinkle apple slices with 1 tbsp. lemon juice

    Peel the shrimps, except for the tail fin, and remove the intestines. Wash the shrimps and pat them dry. Heat 1 tsp. oil in a frying pan. Fry the prawns for 3-4 minutes while turning. Season with salt and pepper
