Cut cucumbers and sausages into fine slices. Peel onions, slice thinly. Clean and wash radishes, also cut or slice them finely. Wash chives, cut into small rolls.
For the vinaigrette, mix vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Embezzle oil. Mix prepared salad ingredients and vinaigrette, season if necessary. Serve with fresh farmhouse bread and crème fraîche
