Ingredients

  • 200 g Raspberries
  • 30 g Apples
  • 25 g Cucumber
  • 50 ml Raspberry Spirit
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 100 ml apple juice
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 1 TEASPOON Cider vinegar
  • 20 ml Olive oil
  • 1 Msp. Cinnamon powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

    Raspberries selected. Cut apple and cucumber into small pieces. Put the raspberries, apple, cucumber, raspberry brandy, lemon juice, apple juice, sugar, vinegar and oil into a tall mixing bowl and blend coarsely with a chopping stick. Season to taste with cinnamon, salt and pepper. Quantity results in approx. 300 ml or 6 portions.
