Ravioli with green beans on goat fresh cheese sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g French beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 1/4 l clear broth (instant)
  • 100 g Goat cream cheese
  • 1 TABLESPOON sauce thickener
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 500 g fresh tomato mozzarella ravioli

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the beans into long strips. Cook in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Wash and clean the chilli pepper and cut into rings. Bring milk and stock to the boil. Stir in goat cheese, bring to the boil and thicken with sauce thickener, bring to the boil again.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Heat ravioli in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes. Drain and mix the beans and ravioli. Spread the sauce on plates, add ravioli and beans and sprinkle with chilli rings.
