Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 6 minutes. In the meantime, clean and wash the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut salmon into strips.
Heat oil and fat in a pot, add mushrooms and onion and fry for about 2 minutes while turning. Dust with flour, sauté, deglaze with stock and cream and bring to the boil. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and lemon juice and carefully fold in the salmon.
Arrange noodles and sauce on plates and serve garnished with pepper to taste, lemon wheels and dill.
