Ingredients

  • 75 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 500 g Ricotta cheese
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 1 package Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
  • 4 large Amaretti biscuits (approx. 18 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Butter and sugar

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar. Stir in the quark, ricotta, eggs and pudding powder one after the other. Grease four pots (400 ml each; 10 cm Ø) and sprinkle with sugar. Spread the ricotta mixture in them. Place one amaretti in the middle of each pot. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 40 minutes. Open the oven door and let it cool down lukewarm
