Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into pieces. Clean and wash the peppers and cut them into rings. Peel and finely dice onions. Heat oil in a pan.
Fry the meat in it for about 8 minutes, turning it over, until golden brown. After approx. 5 minutes add paprika and onions and fry. Add tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and chilli
Drain the pasta, let it drain well and put it back into the pot. Add sauce to the noodles and mix. Arrange noodles in bowls and sprinkle with chives
