Roast potatoes with prawns

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 12 small potatoes (waxy)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 24 (approx. 200 g) peeled, cooked prawns
  • 125 g Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill and salad

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and boil in water for about 20 minutes. Quench and remove the skin. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the potatoes on all sides until golden brown and salt them.

    Wash the shrimps and pat them dry. Arrange the potatoes on a plate. Put a dash of crème fraîche on each. Cover each with a prawn and sprinkle with pepper. Garnish with dill and salad
