Wash the potatoes and boil in water for about 20 minutes. Quench and remove the skin. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise
Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the potatoes on all sides until golden brown and salt them.
Wash the shrimps and pat them dry. Arrange the potatoes on a plate. Put a dash of crème fraîche on each. Cover each with a prawn and sprinkle with pepper. Garnish with dill and salad
