Place baguette bread on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Roast in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ circulating air: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 5-6 minutes, remove and brush with oil.
Peel the garlic, press it through the garlic press into a bowl. Wash the tomato, grate to the garlic, mix, season with salt and pepper. Spread the bread slices with it.
