Clean and wash the rocket and Batavia lettuce, drain well and cut into strips except for a few leaves. Wash and clean the tomatoes, dab dry and cut in half. Peel garlic, chop finely and mix with vinegar, salt and pepper. Gradually fold in the oil. Cut the rind off the cheese.
Cut cheese into small cubes. Mix vinaigrette, tomatoes, cheese cubes and salad strips. Arrange lettuce leaves on plates and arrange the mixed salad on top. Served with baguette
