Rooibos tea with mango, rum and lime slices

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag of rooibos tea
  • 1/4 Mango
  • 1 Lime
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Rum
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS demerara sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa

Directions

    Prepare ##tea## according to package instructions in 200 ml water, chill for about 45 minutes.

    ##Mango## peel and dice. ##Lime## wash hot, rub dry and cut in half.

  3. 3

    Cut 1/2 lime into slices. Squeeze 1/2 lime. Mix tea, rum, lime juice and sugar.

    Pour tea, mango pieces, slices of lime and some ice cubes into a glass. Decorate with melissa.
