  • 8 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Mustard
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 2 small shallots
  • 4 Stem(s) Thyme

Directions

    For the vinaigrette, whisk vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard and honey. Add oil drop by drop to the vinaigrette. Peel and finely dice the shallot, wash the thyme, shake dry and remove the leaves from the stalks. Stir the shallot cubes and thyme leaves into the vinaigrette.
