Wash the herbs and shake dry. Cut chives into fine rolls and chop dill finely. Squeeze lemon. Mix cream cheese, chives and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cut out stars (approx. 5 cm Ø) from the bread slices. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the stars until crispy.
Cut the salmon slices into thirds. Spread the stars with cream cheese and top with salmon. Sprinkle with dill.
