  • 7-10 Tbsp Preparation : 20 mn
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cuisson : 30 mn
  • 4 endives
  • 4 tranches de saumon fumé
  • 25 cl heavy cream
  • 150 g grated cheese (comté, gruyère...)
  • 2 gousse d'ail
  • 2 brins d'aneth
  • 7-10 Tbsp poivre

Directions

    1 Remove the damaged leaves from the endives, dig out the bitter cone. Cook them in a saucepan of water, 10 minutes. Drain them perfectly

    2 Peel and chop the garlic. Peel and chop the backs of dill. In a saucepan, heat the cream. Incorporate 100 g of grated cheese, l'garlic and l'dill. Pepper

    3 Preheat the oven to 180 °C (th 6). Wrap each endive in a slice of salmon. Place them in an oven dish and cover with cheese cream. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese, pepper and bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
