Wash the broccoli and cut into fine florets. Cook in almost 200 ml boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Drain the broccoli and collect the vegetable water. Measure out approx. 100 ml
Bring broccoli water and cream to the boil. Bind lightly with a binding agent. Season to taste with salt, pepper, stock and some lemon juice
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Wash salmon, dab dry and cut into 2-3 pieces. Sprinkle with remaining lemon juice
Heat the oil. Sauté garlic in it. Add salmon and fry on medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the noodles and let them drain well. Heat up with broccoli in the sauce. Arrange the broccoli noodles on a plate. Arrange salmon on top
