Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Onions
  • 600 g Poultry minced meat
  • 35 g Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 2 Mangoes
  • 12 discs Sandwich toast
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Asia Sauce

Directions

    Peel and finely dice the onions, mix with minced meat, breadcrumbs and egg yolks. Season with salt and pepper. Form 8 patties. Heat oil in a pan and fry for 8-10 minutes, turning. Remove and place on kitchen roll.

    Wash, clean and cut the peppers into strips. Wash the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Cut mango from the stone. Peel and slice the fruit flesh.

    Toast the toast slices one after the other. Spread the slices with the Asian sauce. Cover 8 slices with patties, mango, cucumber and paprika. Place 2 slices of toast on top of each other and finish with 1 slice of toast each.

    Cut the sandwich diagonally in half. Add the rest of the mango.
